Climatech HVAC Corp. was founded in 2012 in Astoria, Queens with a straightforward mission: deliver honest, high-quality HVAC work to New York City residents and businesses without the runaround, the upselling, or the subcontracting that had become standard in the industry.
What started as a small residential operation quickly grew into a full-service HVAC company trusted by some of New York's most recognized commercial brands including McDonald's, Starbucks, Paris Baguette, and Pollo Campero, alongside thousands of homeowners, landlords, and property managers across all five boroughs.
Today, Climatech is a fully licensed and insured NYC contractor, operating under the regulations of the NYC Department of Buildings. Every job we take, from a single apartment mini-split to a rooftop RTU on a commercial building in Midtown, is handled by our own licensed crew. No subcontractors, no handoffs, no excuses.
We are based in Astoria, Queens and serve all of New York City. If you're in one of the five boroughs and need heating, cooling, ventilation, or emergency HVAC service, we come to you.

Full general liability insurance coverage on every job, every visit. Certificates of insurance available upon request for property managers, landlords, and commercial clients.
All Climatech technicians are covered under workers' compensation insurance. As a property owner, you carry zero liability for on-site incidents when you hire Climatech.
All technicians handling refrigerants are EPA Section 608 certified. Required by federal law for handling, recovering, and recharging refrigerants in HVAC systems.
